01 — Free Project Consultation

Due to Covid-19, we have put in place many safety procedures. We offer free consultations over the phone, in person, and virtually. You can also take photos of your project and send them over to us via email and we will send a response of what it will take to get it done. Please note our estimates are just that estimates. We will need to conduct an in-home consultation with our project consultant to assess the site, discuss the project scope, take initial measurements, establish a baseline budget, and schedule a follow-up meeting.

02 — Agreement Review & Payment Options

During this time, we should have all the necessary information to give a good overview of your project. We will plan a discussion with you to go over each detail including the pricing of materials and labor. Your packet will include a timeline, the requirements needed to begin, and the scope of work. The final budget and total investment. For larger projects, we offer affordable payment options. We work with you to determine a well-defined plan to ensure your project is completed and paid in full. If an installment payment plan is developed it will be outlined in your agreement. The client approves the agreement, final design, and material selections.

03 — Project Demo & Start

Work begins as outlined in your scope of work, day 1 is typically demo day. We will call ahead to confirm and send an email confirmation of our arrival. We will clean up areas and have proper coverings and layouts to ensure no damage to existing areas. The project begins and ends as outlined in the schedule/timeline.

04 — Job Completion & Follow-up

We believe in the quality of our work. We go through our scope of work checklist to make sure we have done our job and have met your standards. We walk through the final project with the owner. Once the owner signs off, the Final payment is collected upon job completion. We follow up with all clients within 3 weeks of completion to ensure there are no problems with our work. Continued client satisfaction is our priority, especially at the end of a project. Any corrections or repairs will be completed as soon as possible. All warranties and a certificate of completion will be issued at the end of each project.
